We can tailor a menu to suit all requirements.

  • Minimum 10 persons for set menus.
  • Special dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten intolerance etc), can be catered for with prior notice.
  • Final number to be confirmed 24 hours prior to function.
  • Tapas platters are available as starter for any function menus at $15.00 per person (these can be used as entrée substitute).
  • Malt tea, honey and lemon sorbet with green apple julienne is available between entrée and main at $3.00 per person.
  • Mixed fine leaf salad, herb, mustard and sherry vinegar dressing is available at $3.00 per person.

  • Interchangeable as breads are:-

    Dinner roll – warm and olive oil   $2.50

    Char-grilled kalamata ciabatta with chickpea/paprika puree $6.00

    Char-grilled chilli, olive, oregano sourdough and peperonata     $6.00

    Sourdough bread in puree tomato, garlic, olive oil and basil $6.50

  • Interchangeable as entrees are:- plus $7.50

    Oven-baked Coffin bay oysters “diablo” with tomato, cream and chilli.

    Plate of char-grilled chorizo with artichoke puree, air-dried cacciatore with grana padano, and pan-fried black pudding with walnuts and sage.

    Fried zucchini flowers, stuffed with ricotta and herbs with romesco sauce.

    Oven-baked local calamari stuffed with braised pork neck, chickpeas and spinach topped with ink risotto.

  • Interchangeable as mains are:- plus $10.00

    Scotch fillet steak, char-grilled, pasture-fed, 400g with chives, garlic, lemon and chimi-churri.

    Porterhouse steak, char-grilled with chives, garlic, lemon and chimi-churri.

    Veal rib eye , 2x 200g steaks, chargrilled with olive oil, sea salt and lemon.
           
    Oven baked, free range quails with raddiccio, red wine risotto and crispy jamon.
           
    Pan-fried snapper fillet, 200g, with zucchini “spaghetti”, baby capers, parsley and cockles.
           
    Char-grilled, Gawler River spatchcock with roasted squash, tarragon and corn tortilla.

    Atlantic Salmon – Pan-fried fillet, 200g, with stringless green beans and herb, pine nut and egg salsa.
      

  • Interchangeable as desserts are:- plus $10.00

“Don Pedro” with scotch, vanilla bean ice cream, callebaut hazelnut chocolate and pistaccio tule.

Mixed berry compote with boysenberry ice cream and passionfruit tuile.

Citrus crème brulee, glace lime with orange and cardamom icecream

Plate of chocolate, sherry bavois, flourless chocolate cake and chocolate truffles.

Fried churros with callebaut chocolate sauce and macerated strawberries

  • Salads:- plus $5.00

    Wild rocket, raddiccio, baby cos with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and baby capers.

    Pear, witlof, snow pea tendril salad with toasted walnuts and pecorino.

  • Sauces

    Mixed mushrooms with caramelized leek, thyme, and beef glace     $5.00
    Valdeon blue cheese, shallots, cream, sherry and chicken glace         $5.00
    Green peppercorn, shiraz reduction, beef glace and cream                 $5.00
    Manchego cheese, green olive, caper and smoked paprika butter     $7.00

  • Optional Drinks Package Drinks package includes Bottled Beer, Bottled Wine (Red & White), Soft Drink and Filtered Water:- $30.00 per person

    Drinks are served until main course is cleared.
    Tea and coffee served upon request.
